Although the vertical line appears tilted in the photo it is vertical and straight. I pointed the meridian at a lightbulb, so the background is blurry. Optical Instruments 11922 Surveying/ Builders Level in good used condition. This comes with hard case and plumb bob. The level has some edge wear scuffs from being used. The case has scuffs and scratches but is heavy duty and protechs the level during transit and storeage. It works fine but I always have levels checked for accuracy befoe use.
