The Builder's Dumpy Level is in excellent overall condition for its age. The lens is very clean and allows the user to view objects either close or far away, unsure of the exact range, but when tested an object with 6" lettering was seen clearly and legible. The levels are also accurate. The tripod is in good overall condition, but one of the bolts for the leg does not tighten on the stand. The stand measures 60" in max. height. Includes everything that you see in the pictures. The strap that wraps around the case is broken, the remaining portion of what is left can be seen on the sides.
