Except for a few scuffs and pinholes which are hard to see and it has a small black spot on the front about an inch and half from the bottom. This spot seems to come off when rubbed with my fingernail, but I did not try to clean it all the way. The cover could stand a good cleaning. It is wrinkled from storage. It is made of gray vinyl. I tested it out and all of the keys seem to work great. The ink ribbon that is in the typewriter doesn't type the darkest.that is probably because of its age. Including the directions, a new B86HY replacement ribbon and a package with 2 new correcting tapes. There is a sticker with a repair company's name/address on the bottom right corner.
