This word processor may work perfectly. I have not tested it. I have turned it on and it powered up without any error sounds. You will need a computer monitor to use this item. There is a monitor cable port on the side. The only flaw I know for sure is that the paper feed knob is missing. You have to use the paper lock lever to unlock the tension. Then feed the paper it manually. It is easy to do this. The word processor is very clean on the exterior. This item appears to have been used and stored with care. This 1989 Smith-Corona PWP2000 Personal Word Processor has an 8-line by 80-character led display screen and"DataDisk" storage drive. It is used. But is fully tested and works great. A used ribbon is installed. I don't know how much life is left in it, but it still works nicely. The unit shows minor wear, but no cosmetic flaws that detract from the appearance.
