Here is a vintage Heath Co. Heathkit IT-3117 vacuum tube test machine. The machine powers on and the needle on the main gauge has deflection. But outside of that. I truly have no idea how this works. The machine is missing one of the black little knobs at the bottom. The machine is being sold as is, I've included photos of it powered on. I have this auction packed with care. A very coolantique RCA Test Oscillator#150. The item just looks cool with the Bakelite knobs and art deco styling and the bright RCA logo. Its missing 1 knob but the post is still there. Definitely worn but sound. Its not falling apart. I plugged it in and it powers up great.
