Heath IM-13 VTVM. With mounting bracket and probe. 120vac. Instrument has been stored on shelf for many years. It worked okay"last time it was plugged in. Meter operation is now flaky and will need some repair/restoration. Battery for ohms is still in place but no obvious leaking.
