Called a signal level meter, Sadelco model FS-3D VS, this was power tested with fresh batteries and appeared to work as far as powering up, meter moved, red light came on and faint sound was audible when audio button switched on. Typical wear for something used of this age, some surface scratches, and some wear on the case, strap is broken and taped, a name and number marked on surface of face. Has the instruction card, 3 little electronic tester looking thingys, and battery packs in upper case section, also a small f fitting testing wire rolled up in the upper section, apparently it originally came with a phone plug, which is missing.
