This is a used Tramex Concrete Moisture Encounter/Meter. It looks nice. The part where you turn the unit on is not there anymore. Battery compartment is clean and it Comes with the carrying case. I do not have the owner's manual. I have tested the meter to make sure it turns on and it does. The unit has an auto shut-off feature, when not in use, it will turn off in approximately 5 minutes. I am not sure if the tester works properly other than that. I will give a 14 day warranty and if it doesn't work you can call me directly at 972-264-7933 and I will refund the money back, once I receive the unit back and I will also pay for return shipping.
