This is a portable soil moisture tester made by Thomas Ashworth and Sons of Burley. England. The Speedy consists of two components: a pressure chamber with integral pressure dial and a cap for sealing the chamber. The pressure chamber has a 26-gram capacity It measures 14 inches long and 6 inches in diameter. There is a counterpoised balance Scale.
