You can reverse the polarity of the DC circuit with the ACV switch which is nice to have and it reads up to 1.2 amps. Or a 12 amp scale. I don't have a manual for it. I have tested the DC and AC sides of the meter and with standard voltages it works just fine. You can also use the ohm meter up to 1K range, but after that, it take a 30v battery which I don't have and don't know where you can get one. Very good used meter with a lot of life left in it. The case has a few chips in it that I have shown in the pictures. I like using analogue meters along with digital ones because you get a good feel for the scale by using a meter that is lost on a digital ... moreread out, just like a digital clock versus one with hands. Comes with new leads as a meter without test leads is like a car without tires. Nice, but you can't use it. I don't have batteries to test it. It could be in working condition but unsure. It's missing a screw at the bottom corner. Looks to be in fine cosmetic condition. Little wear on the meter. Sold as is. The case minor wear for its age. But doesn't have any serious problems. There is a snap on the front. Side and back and might have been another securing strap but it is missing but the cover still snaps in place.
