It has a paper copy of the User's Manual, and the IEEE Programmers Manual. It also comes with a CD which has User AND Service manuals on board, and power cord. This is a 87V model and t his unit is very nice and shows itself to be VERY accurate. See the list for complete accessories. The holster is brand NEW. The top and bottom case are also in excellent condition as well as the battery cover. The lens is nice and the bottom case gasket is excellent. This unit comes with NEW battery(installed) New/tested fuses, copy of the Getting Started Manual, NEW Quick reference Guide, NEW CD with the 87 series on board, New Fluke TL75 CAT III probes. New thermocouple ... moreprobe. This meter is also very accurate and I have shown readings from my Fluke 515A calibrator. Shown are readings of 1 VDC. 10 VAC and 100 kOhms. Also shown is an ambient temp reading. One of the nice advantages of the 87V is the convenient battery door on the back so that the meter doesn't have to be opened for replacement. Most of the meter. Case and lens, damage that I see on Fluke's comes from improper opening of the cases for battery change. Fluke meters are sealed so well that often times the owner breaks the case, or lens, or damages the seals just because they aren't familiar with the proper way to open them(the proper way is noted in the enclosed manual) Also, distinctive with the V series, it has 2 levels of back lighting. Please be advised* The fuses in this unit have been tested in 2 manners. First. By passing a known current through the meter(and fused) circuits and Second, by testing them in the non-distructive manner(before the meter goes out) as prescribed by Fluke. This second process tests the fuses inside the unit by putting the meter in the ohms function and then placing one end of a probe in the positive jack and the other end in the design

This is a VERY nice Model 287 which is in great condition aqnd for which the Fluke people seem to be very proud. and there are PREMIUM extras to go with it. It has been completely checked out and is functional and accurate on all scales and all settings. The top and bottom cases are in VERY good condition. With little wear showing on the lens. The tilt stand. The battery cover, the IR window and the battery connection clips are in excellent condition. The LCD numerals are complete(with NO missing segments) All display. Components, pushbuttons, ... morefunctions and connectors are checked out and operational. I have also shown the meter with a measured 1 VDC reading, a 10 VAC reading and a 100 kOhms reading which all come from my calibrator. Also shown is an ambient temp reading. Serial# shown in the menu screen picture. Many Ebay sellers do not mention that the fuses of these meters have been blown AND they are expensive to replace. Additionally. They do not add that the batteries are either depleted or entirely missing. ALL four batteries and fuses are new. Also, and most importantly, they do not even know many times, that the input bridge(the input jacks which are on a single module) have broken, or weak, contacts. The input bridge on this unit has been quality checked so there are many good years in this multimeter. Another common problem with this model is the leakage of batteries which run down and discharge/lead even with the meter off. This meter has been quality check(repaired if needed) against that problem so rest assured there is no battery problem. I particularly like this model because the fuses and batteries can be changed out without having to open the casing, where most outer shell damage occurs

Though out of production, is still advanced compared to many of the newer models. It was highly favored by engineers, techs, hams and students. It was the first microprocessor controlled meter and I suggest you read the specs at the bottom of the page and the link supplied by a very knowledgable Ebay contributor. Resistance readings up to 300 MegOhms! Few meters can equal that! Accurately reads voltages over 50 kHZ! This is one of those ... moremeters that will pay for itself with the first usages. This meter is fully supported by EBay's Buyer Protection Policy. no questions asked! Ser# 3360218 This is an nice Fluke 8060A model. This unit is in EXCELLENT condition AND it comes with nice extras. The Topcase and bottomcase are in great shape with no signs of previous ownership such as names. s, etc. The lens is in good condition and the display is in great shape, with no signs of decay. It was taken apart and cleaned. New and/or tested are the battery and fuses. It comes with a set of New CAT III probes, a Quick Reference Guide, a paper copy of the User's Manual(first 4 chapters, VERY comprehensive, with the remainder on disk) and a CD with the Fluke 8000 series meters. Too many times. Meters are sold on Ebay which do have the battery or you get one that is depleted. The fuses are either missing or blown(price the Fluke meter fuses. even on Ebay they are very expensive) This meter has a NEW battery and fuses, so you don't get burned thinking you have a bargain!
