This Model 27 military unit and is in VERY nice condition. I believe that it is new but cannot say for sure so I've listed it as used. It's condition shows NO wear and it has been completely checked out and is functional on all scales and all settings. This unit came out of military stores and still had the Fluke Cal label so I don't think it was ever used. With the military. When a unit comes in it has to go through PMEL calibration before it is issued and this one doesn't show acceptance.
