Received this unit with a large batch of radio gear. Comes with hard case. Rubberized jacket and manual/ documentation. The AC adapter is not included. I installed some batteries and the unit did not power up. Not a clue what is wrong. could be something very simple, or a nightmare. Either way, I have no need for it, nor the time to tinker with.
