It has been completely checked out and is functional and accurate on all scales and all settings. The top case is brand NEW and the bottom case is in VERY good condition. With little wear showing and no past ownership markings. The tilt stand is NEW. The battery cover, the IR window and the battery connection clips are in excellent condition. The accessory mount is included which is an extra. The LCD numerals are complete(with NO missing segments) The battery contacts are all in very good condition or new. All display. I have also shown the meter ... morewith a measured 1 VDC reading, a 10 VAC reading and a 100 kOhms reading which all come from my calibrator. Also shown is an ambient temp reading. Ser# 81660041 Many Ebay sellers do not mention that the fuses of these meters have been blown AND they are expensive to replace. Additionally. They do not add that the batteries are either depleted or entirely missing. ALL four batteries and fuses are new. Also, and most importantly, they do not even know many times, that the input bridge(the input jacks which are on a single module) have broken, or weak, contacts. The input bridge on this unit has been quality checked so there are many good years in this multimeter. Another common problem with this model is the leakage of batteries which run down and discharge/lead even with the meter off. This meter has been quality check(repaired if needed) against that problem so rest assured there is no battery problem. Specs for AC accuracy to 20 kHz(where most meters do) but this one is accurate(see pix) to 50 kHz. Which is rare. This unit is nice, with some evidence of bumps, AND it comes with nice extras. The Fluke yellow holster is in good shape. The Topcase and bottomcase are also in great shape with no signs of previous ownership such as names, s, etc. The lense is in average condition and the display is in great shape, with no signs of decay. The LCD assembly was completely removed and cleaned so it has many good years of operation ahead. New are the battery and fuses. Snap-On Tools AC1000 inductive digital multi meter
Used item. From circa 1990. I list this as not operating. The bad is that I cannot zero. It goes over range. The good is that the battery compartment is clean. It requires a 9volt and a AAA battery. There is no damage to the device. It comes with a nifty leather case and leads. The leads are for volts and ohms resistance. The clamp detects amperage. It might make a nice Star Trek or Big Bang theory prop.
