This is a Benchtop furnace with Swest digital controller. I purchased it from a jeweler in Nashville TN. I have used it for over a year with fantastic results. The controller is actually a separate programmable unit used to melt wax out of intricate dental or jewelry molds. It works fine. But I do not have a manual for it. I used it as a melting furnace for gold and silver. I took a picture of my last melt on Silver. It was at 2020° F at the moment. It does take a minute to reach this temperature but I have no problem maintaining it for multiple pours. The Swest controller offers programmable times and temperatures. Again I didn't use the programmable feature but I did take advantage of the thermocoupler and it's extremely accurate temperature reading. I would really like a quick sale and a best offer feature is available. Shipping ... moreis listed as $95.00 but that is an approximate average. UPS ground is usually best and it is charged based on zone and destination. Reality is from Alabama to Washington state it was 125.00. Up for sale is a well used Thermolyne 1525M laboratory Furnace. It is an older unit from a state lab in Alaska. It powers up fine and I just tested it and was able to heat it up to over 1000 °F. I will ship this item by USPS Standard Post in a large box with the front door removed so it fits in the box. A phillips head screwdriver will be needed to re-install the door. Lucifer Furnaces HDL-8012-E 2300F Electric Furnace For sale is this used Lucifer Furnaces HDL-8012-E 2300F Electric Furnace. It is overall in pretty decent cosmetic condition with the normal scuffs and scratches on the exterior. I did not really notice any issues with the physical condition that would cause functional problems. The door on the top uses a pulley system that seems to work okay. But the cables need to be put back into the grooves of the pulley. The bottom door has hinges that opens and closes properly. I did notice that the ceramics are cracked in a few places in each oven. They don't look like they would necessarily affect functioning but I'm not an expert on these ovens so look at the photos to determine for yourself. Scratches, and rust spots but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are in good condition and all words and numbers are visible. This Thermolyne 1300 furnace. Has the normal wear from use, with the inside being chipped/ broken and the burn marks on the outside. We plugged this unit in and flipped the switch. The green light came on, we then turned the knob all the way up. We then waited about 10 minutes and checked to see if it was putting out any heat. Which there WAS. But the meter on the on the outside did not seem to work. We don't know what the temperature was. However it was to hot to touch. I will see if I can get a way of measuring it, later on.
