This is a Benchtop furnace with Swest digital controller. I purchased it from a jeweler in Nashville TN. I have used it for over a year with fantastic results. The controller is actually a separate programmable unit used to melt wax out of intricate dental or jewelry molds. It works fine. But I do not have a manual for it. I used it as a melting furnace for gold and silver. I took a picture of my last melt on Silver. It was at 2020° F at the moment. It does take a minute to reach this temperature but I have no problem maintaining it for multiple pours. The Swest controller offers programmable times and temperatures. Again I didn't use the programmable feature but I did take advantage of the thermocoupler and it's extremely accurate temperature reading.
