Lindberg Hevi-Duty Tube Furnace Oven model M-2024, 1850 degrees
This tube type furnace is about 30 inches long and weighs about 70 pounds or so. It is both 110 and 230 volts and heats up fine. I don’t have a thermometer that can measure that high. But it does hear up. It has a glass tube that fits inside of the furnace. I cannot promise that this tube will make it to you without breaking. I will pack it as best I can. But I doubt it will survive UPS. The furnace does not have a temperature regulation or an on/off switch. You just plug it in and away you go. This will not carry a return warranty. Up for Sale is an ATS Applied Test Systems Series 3310 Vertical High Temp Lab Tube Furnace! I am pretty sure this is a 208v. Single Phase system, judging by the plug size. Temperature up to 1700°C 3600 Watts 45 Amps Date of Manufacture: March 1992 This furnace is in good overall physical condition. With normal signs of use. The cast ceramic fiber insulation is in good condition as well. I don't know a lot about this unit. But I will describe what I see: This is not a"split-tube" furnace, it is one solid piece. There is an opening at the bottom. As you can see in the last few pictures. The white pipe looking pieces(shown on the floor in front of the furnace) used to be inside the furnace, but they cracked. So we removed them. They appear to be made of some sort of ceramic material. I don't know if they are necessary ... morepieces or not. I am not sure if there is supposed to be some sort of external control. But I don't see anyway to control the temp on the unit. You will receive ONLY what is shown in the pictures.
