This tube type furnace is about 30 inches long and weighs about 70 pounds or so. It is both 110 and 230 volts and heats up fine. I don’t have a thermometer that can measure that high. But it does hear up. It has a glass tube that fits inside of the furnace. I cannot promise that this tube will make it to you without breaking. I will pack it as best I can. But I doubt it will survive UPS. The furnace does not have a temperature regulation or an on/off switch. You just plug it in and away you go. This will not carry a return warranty.
