It does have a few small dings in the top cover as well as some black marker writing that I could not get out. The 8341B synthesized sweep generator offers superior resolution of 1 to 3 Hz over the frequency range of 10 MHz to 20 GHz. Output is generated by an indirect synthesis technique that yields low single-sideband phase noise. Up for auction is used HP 8672A Synthesized Signal Generator 2.0-18.0 GHz. This has option 008 installed. I have powered this up. I do not have the means to test it further. The on/off switch does not turn the unit off. The unit is always in the on setting. The ALC switch handle has sheared off. I was not able to change the frequency numbers on the right side but pushing any of the command switches or buttons. There are some signs of wear such as surface scratches and sticker residue.
