The relays can be heard clicking as the output power is increased or decreased. All front panel buttons seem to respond as expected. And tested special function codes work(e.g. Deviation meter code goes to correct setting- but don't know if the deviation meter works) Could be as simple as an internal fuse for all I know. I don't know enough about signal generators- and don't have time to thoroughly test and repair. You're welcome to request any simple tests.
