This unit is in good condition with some minor cosmetic wear from normal use. There are no significant scuff marks or scratches on the item. The function buttons are all in good condition and all words and numbers are visible. The display is in good condition as well with no cracks or burned in areas. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. We plugged this item in and it powered on with no problems. We were able to use all the function buttons without any issues. We connected the High output to an oscilloscope(not included) and were able to generate a variety of waveforms up to 600 kHz without any issues. When we connected the Low output.
