Rohde & Schwarz SMIQ02 Signal Generator Many Options
You are bidding on a used Rohde& Schwarz SMIQ02 Signal Generator. The item comes with options SM-B5(FMOD) SMIQB10(MCOD) SMIQB11(DGEN) and SMIQB42(IS-95) The part number of the options are 1036.8489.02, 1085.5009.02, and 1085.4502.02. The IS-95 option I cannot find a part number for it. The unit does have 7 errors saved in its memory when booting up, I have added a photo of those errors. I however do not have the know how to perform the calibration on this unit, which would eliminate most of the errors but not all. This unit had a sticker on it saying that it needed repair so please bid on this as a parts unit only. The unit does put out a signal but it is off. For example I put into a specan 1.6Ghz at 0.0dB and the specan showed 1.443Ghz at-94dB. The power is correct but the frequency is off by quite a bit, and I am not sure that a calibration ... morecan fix that. But reads all"0"s, no frequency is displayed. The output level meter also reads"0" all the time. The output level knob is split in two places. One at each set screw, but rotates if pressure is applied when turning. Most of the internal gears are also split at their set screw. But all are still functional. The shield for the incandescent cal/ not calibrated lamp is missing- see pictures. The cover from the center of the output level is missing. There are some small chips.
