But should be in working condition. The main issue is that the key is missing. the company that I obtained it from had no idea where the key was. It will need to be re-keyed by a locksmith. Alternatively, you could simply open the control panel and replace the entire key/ ignition module, which would probably be the easiest and cheapest method. As you can see from the photos. The machine is in excellent cosmetic condition and is very clean. It comes with an extra foot switch/ pedal(see photos) Although I have no way to test this without the key. I am willing to offer a satisfaction guarantee. If there were any unforeseen issues once the key/ ignition situation was resolved I would be willing to offer a full refund upon return. Considering the fact that this was in use with no issues up to the day it was removed from service, I do not expect any problems other than needing basic calibration and adjustments. I am offering this at just $2295. Due to the effort needed to re-key. To my knowledge this was the highest powered top model that Coherent produced. The asking price in the'80s appears to have been in the $70,000 to $80,000 range. The parts and components of this unit alone are worth more than the asking price! Laser Marker Safety Shutter For CLC and other Nd:YAG lasers
This was removed from a Control Laser Corp. CLC, industrial Nd:YAG laser marking system. The laser was working fine when taken out of service. We dismantled the laser head and are currently working on dismantling the power supply. Several other laser manufacturers used identical or similar mechanical shutter mechanisms to block the laser beam when not in use. This is a common design using a Leedex rotary motor and a steel plate. This also has an indicator light to warn the user when the shutter is open. There are dust boots on both side to support the dust tubes. The three pin barrel style connector is in perfect condition as well.

This is a small collimator lens for a green yag or argon laser. It makes the beam from a fiber optic into a usable dot. The fiber connector screws on the back and is the exact same size as SMA RF connectors. The metal parts has some small scuff marks as shown. But the lens is in perfect condition. It was removed from a machine that was used to count cancer cells that had a neat argon laser and a small Coherent yag laser on it. I have lots of laser and other unique stuff for sale this week.
