This beautiful elegant and totally functional spatial filter was made by Newport research Corporation in fountain Valley California. I used it as a clean light source on a holographic optical bench during the 1990s; it works flawlessly and the mechanism is a true masterpiece of optical engineering. The two pinhole micrometers are made by the Starrett Co. and have locking mechanisms which allow one to secure the position of the pinhole once the ideal location has been adjusted. the focusing micrometer is not locking type and bears the Newport Research logo. Not Starrett. The pinhole itself is marked 25 µm but there is a label on the back which says 100 µm I can't remember what size the pinhole is. And I am not predicting whether the pinhole/ objective combination will work for you.
