Offer for sale is a Positive Meniscus Germanium Lens of unknown focal length. There are two available and will be sold individually. The lens has been demonstrated using a FLIR One thermal imager(see video) and exhibits good transmission in the 8 to 14 micron wavelength band. The lens is approximately 2.0" in diameter and 0.63" thick and mounted in a flange. Flange allows adjustment of the lens position(focus) Metal flange shows some skuffing. Lens are clean but have some very tiny pitting. They appear and behave as if they are anti-reflection(AR) coated. Video of lens in action: Lenses are being sold individually.
