RARE High Power Coherent 561nm Yellow Green Nd:Yag KTP Laser Diode Optics Set
This is a main crystal set 1x Nd:yag. And 1x KTP for up to ONE WATT of yellow-green Nd:YAG laser light at 561nm. This wavelength is used in certain biomedical applications and is very close to the human visual peak at 555nm. The color would be very nice and exotic to use for laser light show uses. This crystal set is extremely expensive and almost impossible to find. You need to supply the cavity OC and HR optic mirrors, but they should be easily found from large DPSS optic suppliers. See also my Spectra Physics millennia cable that would make diode pumping the crystal to saturation a simple task. You could also make it lamp pumped with a photo flash tube from a disposable camera if high peak power is needed. Even low power 561nm lasers sell for over 3 grand, so getting these parts may be a good option for a university lab that needs this ... morewavelength. I got one of these crystal sets lasing at very low power using a cludge of ex-telecom optics and most of the guts of a Uniphase nanolaser. High Power 808nm 25W Spectra Physics Laser Diode Fiber Array DPSS Yag Pump Cable
This is a Fiber array cable for a spectra physics millennia laser. It adapts a 19 emitter 25W laser diode bar to a 800um fiber bundle. Or it can be used in reverse with a Coherent FAP laser(to 50W) to make a line of energy for pumping a small yag rod such as the one in my other listings. The fiber is a very clean pulled spare part from new old stock laser diode modules that failed confidence testing. The length of the cable is about 17 feet(5 meters) not counting the connectors, and even has the protective end cap on the output end. If you fried the tip of your SP millennia pump laser, this will fix the problem. Alignment is sort of tricky, but can be done by running the diode at low power(near threshold) and using a sensitive power meter to measure the output. These are 3 very low power. Nearly dead, output spectra physics FCbar laser diodes. The laser diode bars have a long FAC microlens that could be easily removed and used to correct the beam on other laser diodes if so desired. They have the protection boards and the heat sinks too. These would be good for bench testing laser diode power supplies to make sure the current is operating correctly when you don't want to risk damaging your expensive new or good used diode. This is a high powered fiber coupled laser pump diode. It is good for up to 15W delivered through the fiber. Typically they are used to pump DPSS lasers like the Millenia and Vector systems. This diode still has the protective end cap on the fiber tip which is unusual for a typical pulled part. It is likely this is either NOS or briefly installed and tested. Then immediately removed from service. The company I got these from upgraded their millenia systems to coherent Verdi systems. Lightwave Electronics Laser Diode with Driver and Power
Up for sale is a used Lightwave Electronics Laser(I'm assuming because I didn't open it up to look and it's still sealed) With driver and power supply. The tricky thing about this is that the key was broken off inside of the key slot and it's set to off. It was like this when I got it. Except set to Standby and headed in the off direction(it was like midway between) so when I got the tweezers to try and pinch it out it slid its way to off. Now. Before that, I had to rerun the wiring to the power supply because in the key breaking incident there also occurred a wire cutting one. I don't know how the freight shippers that delivered the original Quanta Ray unit to me(that this was pulled from) managed to do it, but I guess something came down right at that spot and snagged both. Anyways. So I resoldered, reconnected, secured ... moreand even put flex cable over the wire to get the unit back in the game. I plugged it in and got the Standby light, then it went to Off. I of course wasn't paying attention to the connections as I unplugged them. And so the buyer will need to figure out or do some trial and error to get them reconnected. They are all two pin female to male connections and I don't understand the circuit board enough to gamble on reconnecting it. So. With all of that being said, if there are issues with the unit you are welcome to return it for a refund.
