No numbers or maker's mark- 1/2 inch thick 2 inch diameter first surface mirror that wasn't properly cared for and is scratched, and a 1" square of something- there are fine scratches on it so it may be a grating of some kind, it is wrapped in tissue and has its own box- I don't know what it is, but it looks undamaged whatever it is.
