The assembly includes: 1- 2 pieces of Newport adjustable mirror mount MM-1 including the mirror. I do not have spec for the mirror. But I know the system was a visible light system. 2- 1 piece of XY lens mount; it appears to be a new focus part. I do not know what lens ss attached to it, but there is one there. 3- One piece of Spindler& Hoyer beam split mount with three degree of freedom for adjustment. Beam splitter included. But I do not have the spec, again, it is a visible light system, and the function of the beam splitter was to split the imaging path from the illumination in the confocal path.
