However if I spy with my eye the concave surface till straight objects like trees are sharply in focus. 12in Diameter Optical Glass Flat BK7 Lens mirror Blank and Aluminium mount 12"
Glass is 12.000 in diameter and 1.492 thick. Weight 15lb 15oz. It is optically clear and in excellent condition almost perfect, no scratches, a couple tiny surface specks on each side can not tell if they are pits, dirt, just in the coating.probably not worth mentioning. I'm guessing the glass is BK7 or similar type judging by its density and can not pass 254nm light, but only a guess. One side has a faint coating, looks like a faint reflective coating maybe 5% reflectance but unknown coating. The flat came out of a large NASA device called a Starfield generator. The glass is a flat but do not know it's grade of flatness so might only be good for mirror/lens blank. The mount is aluminium and weight is 9lb. One side open other 11in hole, one side has a bearing. You can also call or text 678752417six with questions.

I have had these a long enough time I forgot what they came out of. There is what looks like dirty water spots on the mirrors. I did not try to clean them for fear of scratching them.
