No arc lamp included. You will need one 8 3/8"8 1/2" long and 3/16" dia. Electrode ends for a nice snug fit. Arc area should be about 4 3/4" Exposed length of Holmium rod is just over 4 3/4" and is in Pristine condition. The optics are in flawless looking condition as well. You will need a suitable power supply and cooling system. I purchased this back in 04 when I was doing hobby with lasers but never used it.
