It shows usage marks, but it is cosmetically in-tact, from a novice view. The outer casing is in-tact. The top of the laser comes off and there are two aftermarket bolts installed. The bolts keep the top from screwing-down, so I removed the bols and will ship the laser with two screws holding the top on. Internally, it appears to be in-tact, but I do not have the knowledge to say that everything is in order(hence, the many pictures) It has a few scratches, as shown. but is in good cosmetic shape.
