It comes with a 60-Day WARRANTY when you pay asking price! The Lambda LS is a stand-alone xenon lighting system. The system consists of a xenon-arc lamp. Lamp housing, cold mirror and power supply. The Lambda LS is designed for use with a liquid light guide that transmits remarkably flat, intense, illumination to the optical train of the user’s microscope or other instrumentation. The lamp’s cabinet accommodates a standard Sutter Instrument filter wheel that slides easily in and out of a slot in the light path. If desired, a second filter wheel can be mounted on the outside of the cabinet. When used with appropriate adapters, the light guide output is compatible with ... moremost common microscope systems(Nikon, Zeiss, Leica and Olympus) Unlike the arc lamps used with most fluorescence microscopes. With working GE Lab-Arc model H85A3/UV Lamp installed. Clean former university property. This was part of a large lot of laboratory equipment I recently purchased. The lamp head has an open slot with clips, so I'm guessing it was used for analyzing lab samples of some type, under UV light. Powers up fine, and the lamp fires right up. The transformer outputs about 472 volts AC into the lamp head, and uses regular 115 VAC input. Lamp is rated for 500 hours when new, according to info found online, as shown below, but I have no idea how many hours this one has on it, so it's guaranteed to power on, but has no warranty beyond that. It may be nearly new, with almost ... morefull life remaining, or it could burn out after an hour's use, I just don't know its history. The lamp base& socket are standard thread, just like a regular household incandescent bulb. The head assembly can be moved to nearly any position desired and locked into place. High Power Short Arc Hamamatsu Xenon Flash Lamp Hi Energy Tube EG&G Optics
This is what looks like Hamamatsu's answer to the small short arc flashlamps made by EG&G. It looks like it was designed for fairly high rep rate at very short duration pulses with decent energy levels. The tube itself is 3/4 inch by 2 inches long. It is mounted on a 2-3/4 inch diameter heavy duty aluminum base. It takes about 200V minimum to flash, but will hold off almost 1kV. Compared to EG&G lamps this looks far better made, no fragile pins to break, no internal reflector to blacken. The tube can be fit to several off the shelf parabolic reflectors to make a very high reliability, high speed, strobe light using a flashtube driver from an EG&G flashpak module. This item is pretty hard to find, I have lots of lasers and other unique stuff for sale this week.

Very good condition(90% out of 100% ILC PS300-1A power Supply, Fan cooled 300 Watt lampholder/illuminator with 3-lens array for fiber optic use, 300 Watt lamp and a fiber optic transmission cable with a fiber optic illumination fan tipd at the end. The system is fully operational and works flawlessly. The PS300-1A has a self-contained ignitor on-board so no external ignitor is needed. As you can see from the pics of the power supply exterior and internals, this unit's electronic components and wiring indicate very little use. Upon initial inspection, there was no buildup of dirt and dust anywhere inside the power supply, including on the fan blades and housing. The lamp fires on the first"ping" every time. The power supply power adjustment knob operates very smoothly/like a new POT does. The power supply ... morewill power other illumination devices from 100 to 300 Watts. This is a used Xenon Arc Lamp Ballast and Ignitor combo supply. It was removed from our system because we found a cheaper option that did the same thing.
