This auction is for a GIANT precision optical window that is antireflection coated for a YAG laser at 1064nm. This window is 5 inches in diameter. And 3/4 inches thick. It looks like it is made of fused silica, and came from a lot of surplus optics from Lawrence Livermore National Labs, so you know it is very precision stuff. I haven't checked the flatness, but most of the similar optics from them were lambda/10 or better. This optics is so expensive that it even has its own serial number etched into the side of the optic, as you can see in the second photo. The coatings have the characteristic yellow coloring of an antireflection coating for YAG, and I have checked that the reflections are negligible of a YAG laser beam.
