This is a very nice heatsink assembly that was used in a missile targeting tracker to cool a high end digital camera. it is extreme overkill for it's original application. But would be perfect for cooling high power laser diodes such as the big Coherent FAP laser diode in my other listing. It has an airpax thermostat, a thermistor and a pressure sensor installed. It is made of aluminum and measures about 1-1/2 by 5 inches of usable area. It is a very high quality part that is difficult to find.
