The power supply reads 3.00 volts because of the voltage drop across the power leads. Slope is 1W/A with a threshold of 7 amps and 1 watt output at 8 amps. It's TEC cooled and needs to be properly heatsunk for continuous use. The cover was off when I got it and there are 2 minor dents visible in the pictures. Mouse over each photo to see whats up.
