For sale is 1981 Moss Machinery Case Erector. It was in service its entire life at our plant. However it has received little use as of late. The lower part of the carriage that carries the case through the machine has busted(as shown in last picture) We've replaced or rewelded it over the 30+ years with little hassle, but due to its lack of use lately we are choosing to sell it instead of repairing it. It comes with a 100% functional Nordson 3400 series hot glue machine. Which itself has a spare module, nozzles, and hose. Please see pictures for serial numbers of the Moss Case Erector and Nordson Glue machine. Everything other than the carriage is still operational including the vacuum pump. DELTA PACKAGING WEIGH COUNTER/CONVEYOR SYSTEM
This is a DELTA weigh counting system. It has been used very little and is in like new condition. You dump bulk product on the horizontal conveyor which is fed to a vertical bucket conveyor then dumped into a vibratory feeder which feeds the product to a weigh scale. Once the preset weigh/count is achieved the parts are dumped to a vibratory chute which then sends the pre-counted parts to whatever you want. This is all done with a foot switch or timed automatically. VERY fast efficient system. We were filling small boxes and polybags with product. You can connect this machine to whatever you want with simple input/outputs. We were using it at a box station as well as an automatic polybagger. It's 3 separate pieces all on casters which makes it pretty much effortless to move it around a warehouse. I'm guessing it weighs around 800 ... morepounds total.
