Rollers are clean as is surface. Base measures 14" X 14" Handle is in solid condition. Pad that goes in slot is missing, I used a rolled up paper towel when I tried it out. I acquired this about a year ago and it did not seem to want to heat up. It got set aside until yesterday when I noticed the fuse cap was a bit crooked. You are bidding on this traco super sealer portable shrink wrap system. It is the model SS– 24SS. Included is the remaining shrink wrap film.The unit is in good working condition. I have never used one of these however I did seal the box of Jell-O and it seemed to work pretty easily. This item is used and does have some visible blemishes. I do not believe this super sealer is missing any items however I am not that familiar with them. I believe this model does not come with the control knob and light.please ask any questions prior to bidding. I will do my best to answer them
