You are bidding on an industrial quality Table-Top Pneumatic Impulse Bag Sealer manufactured by Accu-Seal. This bag/film sealer is not a cheaply built machine. This is an industrial quality machine that currently retails new for about $2,400. It is being offered for a fraction of that cost in this auction. This is a Model 30-432 which comes equipped with the convenient Tap-To-Start Foot Peddle Switch. Also included in this auction is a spare 1/4 inch wide heat strip that has never been used. The machine itself is clean with only some tape residue that is on both sides of the heat strip. This tape residue was from where the machine body was covered while it was in use. The machine remains in excellent working condition. There is a heat timer setting that is adjustable up to a full 10 seconds and a cool down timer that is also adjustable up ... moreto full 10 seconds. The heat sealing strip on this model measures a full 29 1/2 inches long and with the power to match. This machine can handle all of your larger applications with ease. This machine is also able to adjust for most film sealing situations according to the specs. This includes difficult materials such as Nylon, Tyvek, Teflon®, ESD bags, and even plastic films that are over 30 mils thick. It can also be relied on to produce a quality seal every time-even when using Mil-Spec films that demand consistent heat and pressure. This unit appeared to be in clean cosmetic condition but the screw holder areas for the front plate are cracked to a point of not being strong enough to hold the plate(see pictures) I dismounted the plate but they are included. the unit powers up but when the foot paddle is pressed. The sealing light comes on and go off after 3-5 seconds, it may be normal but im not familiar with this item so i am treating as not properly functional. Sold as-is, all sales are final. Here is a good used AIE impulse sealer model 305A1. It is tested and works great. The sealer is programmable. It has the optional stand. If you do not want the stand I can lower the shipping cost by quite a bit(the stand is heavy and must be shipped in a separate box) It is in excellent condition and has seen little use. It seals bag up to 14" It can be foot operated or automatic. The foot control is included. Overall a great quality sealer. I got this foot sealer at a laboratory auction that made medical equipment. I turned the machine on and the lights came on and the sealer moved to the closed position when I pressed the foot pedal so it appears to be in working order. I've never fully tested it to seal anything and since I'm not an expert on these types of machines I still need to sell it as untested. Although it seems to be to be in working order I can't guarantee it actually is in full working order. Its dirty and could use a good cleaning. This sealer is on a stand and is waist high. We have used it daily for about 2-3 years and it has never broken or malfunctioned. We have never even had to replace the heating wire! It has been great. It has a time control and a light that illuminates when you step on the pedal- when the time is reached the light goes out so you know when to release the pedal.
