It has a cutting tool on it that can be adjusted to dispense different widths. There are no model numbers on this. The roll on the unit is 24" wide. The second portion of the system is a sealer. Theres some wires that got disconnected in the control panel so Im selling it as is. We did test the PLC and it still has its memory so it probably just needs someone with some technical experience to trace the wires. If you've ever used a heat gun on shrink wrap, you know it takes a bit of finesse. Unfortunately, we didn't have anyone with finesse who had time to do the wrapping. This machine processes EASILY 400 packages per hour. Probably more. It has an adjustable heat knob that we found works best at 8 for our purposes. We'll ship it with the original manual, but it's so easy to figure out that the manual really is just cage liner(don't worry, we didn't use it as cage liner) There is about a 1/3 rate of bars that need to be touched up with the heat gun after shrinking. It's much quicker since it's just a touch up here and there. Not blowing the whole bar for 2 minutes. But I do want to be clear that you can't just buy this machine and sail off into the sunset never touching your heat gun again. Unit overall measures approximately 28”W x 21 ½”H x 27”D(including the small motor which extends out the back) The conveyor belt measures 14” wide. Useable height inside the tunnel is 5 ½” The inside height of the tunnel is higher. But this is the height at the entrance and exit. Heat Shrink Tunnel Conveyor Feed
This is a well built heat shrink machine. It runs off of propane. It heats up nicely. There is no direct contact with the flame. The firebox is enclosed and well insulated. There is a sight glass and light to ensure you have ignition. The conveyor opening on the firebox measures 14"x3"x48" The overall machine measures 80" long x 69" tall x 43" wide. I have welded the frame where the welds had been broken by a careless forklift operator. Thanks for looking.
