Available today is this Rennco Manual Bundler/Sleeve Wrapper. You've all seen the pack of 24 water bottle or green beans at Walmart. Where the bottles or cans are wrapped into corrugated tray. The two ends of the wrap are open that make for nice carry handles. This is the machine that applies that kind of shrink wrap. We have these in places like Dairies, corrugated box manufacturers, facilities that bundle up kits for Amana/Whirlpool refrigerators, etc. Its a very effective way to contain multiple parts, bottles, cans, boxes or whatever. This one is MANUAL. In that there two rolls of film(upper and lower) The two rolls are sealed together in the middle of the machine. An operator would place the product onto the infeed rollers and manually push it through the web of film until its on the other side of the seal bar. They would then reach ... moreup and pull down the seal bar. Once the seal jaw is closed, the operator then"latches" it securely shut which drives the heated seal bar into the layers of film sealing them together and then cutting them from the rest of the roll. This cut& seal leaves another sealed web of film for the next product to be pushed through. The next product pushes the last product off the exit conveyor and into a heat shrink tunnel(not included, but available: See our other other auctions) This is a VERY simple machine and can be run by any level of skill operator. Set the seal temp and the rest is spelled out above. The seal temp is kept consistent by a Watlow digital temperature controller. Its currently set at 550 degrees which works well on the 2.5 polyethylene shrink film we have on the machine. The Maximum film width is 36" and the Maximum product height is 18" The jaw opening gap is easily set by a crank wheel on the back of the machine from 18" wide open to near completely closed. Hasler M3000 Fully Automatic Desktop Folder/Inserter Fold. Insert, and Seal your mail in a Single Pass! This is a small form factor machine that will fold letters and stuff them into envelopes. It will optionally seal the envelopes as well. Typically used for payroll or bulk mailing. We bought this machine a couple months ago to help us with some bulk mailing we decided to do- the turn around time on a new machine was 6 to 8 weeks. So we picked up this machine in the meantime. We bought it from a local governmental office, and it was well maintained. After purchase, we contacted the company which had previously held the maintenance contract for the city that had owned it, and had them come by and do some standard maintenance. They replaced some rollers and made a few adjustments and it has been humming along nicely ever since. We are selling ... moreit because our volume of bulk mail has really expanded so we upgraded to a higher end machine and no longer need this one. It works well. And we do not have space for both machines. As seen in the pictures. It has two document feed trays(holding about 250 pages each) and one envelope feed tray(for return mailing purposes, such as business reply mail) with an envelope hopper and a tray to catch them in. It has a simplified 4-button display. At full speed it will churn out stuffed and sealed envelopes at a rate of about 2200 per hour- about 1.5 to 2 seconds each. One thing that is really cool about this machine is that both ends are OPEN so you can seal LARGE bags or just use other plastic you have around to make custom packaging bags. I have used this item a few times and it seems to work great. Although I have not put it into like a full day of sealing bags and packaging stuff. If you were going to start using it in full rotation for your business I would get a service kit to start fresh, I would think the blades would get dull pretty quick. I also noticed that you can get just the 1/2 teflon tape to cover the heat wires. So that is an option also.
