DELTA PACKAGING WEIGH COUNTER/CONVEYOR SYSTEM
This is a DELTA weigh counting system. It has been used very little and is in like new condition. You dump bulk product on the horizontal conveyor which is fed to a vertical bucket conveyor then dumped into a vibratory feeder which feeds the product to a weigh scale. Once the preset weigh/count is achieved the parts are dumped to a vibratory chute which then sends the pre-counted parts to whatever you want. This is all done with a foot switch or timed automatically. VERY fast efficient system. We were filling small boxes and polybags with product. You can connect this machine to whatever you want with simple input/outputs. We were using it at a box station as well as an automatic polybagger.
