Autobag Automated Packaging DAC-1000 H-100-D Bagger
Available today is a very nice set of packaging machines made by Automated Packaging Systems" AKA"Autobag" What we have is the DAC1000 parts counter-feeder and an H100D bagging machine. The DAC has the"flat track" bowl which works very well for feeding things like hardware and hard candy. Etc. Simply fill the bulk hopper with your product(this would hold several hundred pounds of hardware) make a couple of quick adjustments in the vibratory bowl to knock the product down to a single layer and then down to a single row, set the Final Count and the Fast Speed and you are off the races! The product feeds counter clockwise around the vibratory bowl and exits through a set of photo eyes. The eye sees the product as it falls out and signals the counter. Lets say you have the"final count" set at 5 and the"fast ... morefeed" set at 4. The bowl will run in high speed(variably controlled) until the 4th part falls through the counting eye. The bowl then kicks down into the"slow feed" also variably controlled) so that the last part(or parts) trickle out the bowl and through the counting eye. This ensures very accurate counts every time! Once our Final Count is reached. The counted parts being held in the accumulator funnel(mounted just below the counting eye) are released with a pnumatically actuated flap that opens, dumping the parts into a bagger(the way its set up now) or they could be dumped into a carton or whatever. The parts are funneled into the bagging machine and into a waiting open bag. The bagger then seals the bag, tears it off from the rest of the roll of bags, and then quickly introduces the next empty bag and blows it open, waiting for the next"dump" of product. The two machines are talking to each other entire time. Cycle speeds are going to depend on the# of parts counted. The seal time of the bagger, the size of the bag, etc. In the attached video, it's a 5 piece count. It's fairly quick, and we have a little bit of cycle delay built into it,

Also included the required LabelPro software key to convert the software to the full production version of LabelPro. This printer uses a heat transfer film ribbon to print directly on the bags. Can be configured to print on the front or back of the bags. In normal operation bags are stored on the roll dispenser and fed to the printer. DELTA DW16T PARTS FEEDER/COUNTER AUTOMATED PACKAGING AUTOBAG BAGGERS
This is a very nice Delta DW16T automatic parts feeder/counter with a DF20 bucket feeder and horizontal conveyor belt infeed. Super clean. Gently used. Extremely easy to set up. VERY fast product feeding/counting. Each piece is on heavy duty casters for easy maneuvering. You dump bulk product onto the horizontal conveyor. The parts are then fed automatically to the bucket conveyor which delivers the parts to an adjustable vibratory feeder bowl. The feeder bowl has an adjustable sensor in it which tells the conveyors when to deliver more parts as the bowl empties. The parts are then fed around the feeder bowl to a weigh scale which weigh/counts the parts. During the video we are counting 25 hex nuts. The operator then steps on the foot switch and the parts are dumped to a vibrating chute and finally, in this case, to small reverse tuck cartons. ... moreIncluded is an interface box which is suppose to allow the use of Automated Packaging Systems H100 polybaggers. I've never tried it so I can't confirm its operation, but you should be able to use various autobaggers with this machine in manual or automatic modes. I have a used Advanced Poly Packaging Automatic Bagging Autobag Bagger Printer for sale that I used in our business for 5 years. I have replaced the heating element and several other components. For those of you who have never used this machine it is awesome. It's built like a tank. It very simple to operate. It will print the bag you are working on and then open it with a quick puff of air and then you add the product. It then seals and advances to the next bag. It comes with a foot pedal but you can push a button and it will automatically do it for you based on a timing knob you turn. In addition. You can adjust the heating element time. These are about $18,500 new or $9,500 rebuilt(IF you can find one) You are getting a steal at $8,000. I am including 2 rolls of 4 mil 4x6 bags, several new heating elements with teflon fabric, foot ... morepedal, owners manual, and 2 rolls of ribbon. In addition I will include the location to the drivers online from Seagull Scientific. You have to have a computer with a serial port on it running Windows. If you only have a laptop you need to get a desktop and order a serial card because the chipsets on the usb to serial connectors are not compatible. Automated Packaging AB-180 Touch Screen 2007 Part 595030A1
Pulled this touch screen off of an Automated Packaging AB180 bagger. I believe you can use this on the AB145 but please check with manufacturer prior to purchase for that model machine. Surface scratch on protective film but does not affect usability. The touch screen itself is not scratched. Only thin surface protective film. 2007 panel so check plug on back for compatibility.
