These have a plastic type cloth on the sides and bottom. Cannot find any MFG markings but Clamco make a very similar item or these could be there older models. I did plug each in and they do heat up. One has a regular 3 prong plug and the other has a twist lock plug. Each has a dial thermostat which appears to work. These shows wear and tear. But overall are operational and looks like they are in fair to good shape other than the electrical cords needing to be replaced. A LINE Model B-6 Hand Held Impulse sealer- ideal for sealing polyethylene and laminated foils. The operator simply squeezes the handles to open the jaws and clamps on to the film being sealed. A start button located on the seal jaw is activated.
