If you've ever used a heat gun on shrink wrap, you know it takes a bit of finesse. Unfortunately, we didn't have anyone with finesse who had time to do the wrapping. This machine processes EASILY 400 packages per hour. Probably more. It has an adjustable heat knob that we found works best at 8 for our purposes. We'll ship it with the original manual, but it's so easy to figure out that the manual really is just cage liner(don't worry, we didn't use it as cage liner) There is about a 1/3 rate of bars that need to be touched up with the heat gun after shrinking. It's much quicker since it's just a touch up here and there. Not blowing the whole bar for 2 minutes. But I do want to be clear that you can't just buy this machine and sail off into the sunset never touching your heat gun again. Inexpensive USED 220 volt heat tunnel machine to heat shrink-wrap packages. 220 volts- Dims: 48x26x47- Tunnel opening: 17.5 in(wide) x 9.75 in(tall) Weight: 190 lbs. Conevyer belt with speed control- Three separate heat zones(top. Sizes, or bottom) 12 heating tubes- Adjustable heat settings- Heat distribution fan with adjustable speed fan. This was a one-time use only for a special re-packaging project. One of the circuit breaker is not working correctly but all heating elements are working. At the moment. Only 2 heat zones working(bottom zone is currently connected to the bad breaker) Kind of odd looking breaker, not sure were to get a new one. We were able to get good shrinkage with just 2 zones and fan running. Prefer WILL CALL pickup in Santa Fe Springs.
