It has scuffs and scratches from normal use. Notes: When we ran this piece of equipment it sealed a plastic bag with no problems. We were able to set the temperature and time. When the temperature was set at a different value it automatically adjusted to the set temperature. When the foot pedal was depressed the bars came together on the plastic bag and stayed there for the duration of the time set. NOTE: This equipment came in to us with a pressure issue. A note(shown in picture) states that"the actual pressure ... moreis 35 psi lower than displayed value. When power was applied we connected our external air source. Set at 90 psi, to this item and the digital Regulated Pressure gauge, on the system, read 77 psi. Only a 13 psi difference. This may vary over time, but we are not sure. No further testing was performed. The buyer will be responsible for any needed repair(s) for proper operation and the needed calibration.
