Up for bid is the military version of the Hewlett Packard 8640B RF Signal Generator. option 323 with sealed heavy duty case) I bought this a number of years ago for mainly for checking out scope bandwidth. A few years ago I checked out how close the counter calibration was by comparing via beat to the 10Mhz signal from WWV. And it was as close as it could read out. It has a few minor issues. That didn't matter to me so I never tore into it to fix them: 1. The RF output does not go to zero on the meter in any range. 2. The LED digit in the counter lowest place does not work correctly. 3.
