HP/Agilent 8663a 100khz-2.56GHz Ultra High-Performance Signal Generator
This is one of the purest signal generators all time. There is hardly a spur above-100dBc. And phase noise is well below my modern, high-end spectrum analyzer. I took several measurements at both 1Hz and 1/10kHz RBW, one to show spurs and one to estimate phase noise. The generator laughs at the-120dB dynamic range on my analyzer.
