Then I hit the auto tracking Button( shift Peak) and after that the error goes away and the unit looks good. Frequency is right on and so is the power but when you get to about 20 GHz the unit goes unleveled till you turn it down to about-2dbm then it seems oK. But there may be something wrong. Unit seemed to work good from 10MHz-18GHz but the fault light will come on and you have to do Auto tracking cal. again.
