Up for bid is a used"Traco Super Sealer" portable shrink packaging system in working condition. Cosmetically this is a bit rough with some paint chipped off and wear to base. But no damage. Rollers are clean as is surface. Base measures 14" X 14" Handle is in solid condition. Pad that goes in slot is missing, I used a rolled up paper towel when I tried it out. I acquired this about a year ago and it did not seem to want to heat up. It got set aside until yesterday when I noticed the fuse cap was a bit crooked. HANNAN 420T Skin & 620H Hydraulic Die Cutter Vacuum Skin Packaging 620 H 420 T
Hannan 620H Die Cutter(cutting dies included) Sequential serial numbers OBO. This auction is a LOT SALE for BOTH machines. I purchased these machines new directly from Hannan at the same time. Serial numbers for machines are sequential. Please look at my other listings for more equipment. We do not need these machines for our current product line. So they are being sold. The Hannan Corp is internationally recognized for their excellent products and service. The Hannans will run on 208v or 440V 3PH. They are currently wired specificaly for 440V. 3Ph power, $595 option/machine when purchased new) but they will run on 208V too. The 620H die cutter can easily be transferred from 440 to 208 by changing the connection at the motor. However, the skin packer requires a jumper kit to change the heater resistors from parallel to series for 440V to ... more208V conversion. Conversion jumper kits are available from Hannan if you don't want to do it yourself. Note: 440V is generally more efficient for the motor and heaters due to lower amps and higher starting power voltage. These machines were used in a 440V facility. If desired. The machines can be sent to Hannan Corp, for maintenance.this is in Corona, CA, about 70mi from our facility. See Hannan website for details. Two highly skilled Hannan techs with decades of experience visited our facilty in late February 2013 to thoroughly inspect the machines over the course of 4 hours. Result: The 620-H die cutter does not require any major service at this point = it is in great working condition. However. The techs gave several recommendations for the 420T skin packer to optimize its function. The service and parts can be provided by Hannan techs for a total of $1-3K depending on items you would like replaced for long term use. The testing i did to the item is as follows. E ach converyer belt has its own motor and p ower cable. I plugged the first one in and it powered up great and the conve yer moved as it was supposed to. As for the other belt the power cord was cut so i could not plug it in. However i am sure it will work fine once the power cord is replaced. It is just a 110 plug and will be easy to replace. I tested a ll of the buttons on the machine and they work as they are supposed to. I moved all of the manual cranks on the machine and they work perfectly. DELTA PACKAGING WEIGH COUNTER/CONVEYOR SYSTEM
This is a DELTA weigh counting system. It has been used very little and is in like new condition. You dump bulk product on the horizontal conveyor which is fed to a vertical bucket conveyor then dumped into a vibratory feeder which feeds the product to a weigh scale. Once the preset weigh/count is achieved the parts are dumped to a vibratory chute which then sends the pre-counted parts to whatever you want. This is all done with a foot switch or timed automatically. VERY fast efficient system. We were filling small boxes and polybags with product. You can connect this machine to whatever you want with simple input/outputs. We were using it at a box station as well as an automatic polybagger. It's 3 separate pieces all on casters which makes it pretty much effortless to move it around a warehouse. I'm guessing it weighs around 800 ... morepounds total.
