Measuring 8" x 6" x 4" Vintage Sure Vynilett heat sealer by Ishizaki Electric of Japan. This has an on off switch on the cord and it does get hot. It does not seem to seal the ordinary freezer kitchen bags and I don't know what it does seal. The company is still in business and still make heat sealers. But they appear to be large industrial type. I have not found a way to contact the company for infomation about this specific item.

4” Impulse Heat Sealer (Bag Sealer): Model TISH-100
FOR SALE: Used Impulse Heat Sealer. TEW Electric Heating Co. LTD. Model TISH-100. 4” bag sealer. Adjustable timer, 110Volt AC, 180 Watts. This sealer is in working condition but shows signs of wear from regular use. The insulated ribbon that covers the heating element is eroded on one end. I adjusted the ribbon such that it does not impair the operation. But it will need to be replaced eventually. I have used this sealer for over 20 years and never had a problem with it other than replacing the heating element and insulated cover ribbon. A replacement parts kit is available from McMaster Carr for $10.26. Price of a new sealer from McMaster is $72.50. I no longer have a need for this unit since I purchased a 12 sealer about 5 years ago.

This used Heat sealer is in very good condition however there are two issuse that will need repaired. 1-The cord to the 10" heater bar was cut off. I spliced it together to test and it works fine. As you can see from the orange glow in the first picture. I also tested the timer and it works fine. 2-The base is missing two stickon feet. Serial# 3297-1.
